  2. Make the sauce. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and hoisin, plus the sweet soy sauce and chili garlic sauce (if using).

  3. Cook the chicken. Set a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the chicken 4 to 5 minutes per side, until it reaches 165°F. Set it aside.

  4. Thicken the sauce. Turn the heat to low and pour the sauce into the skillet. Stir in the cornstarch mixture a little at a time (you may not need all of it). Simmer about 5 minutes, until glossy.

  5. Add the noodles. Toss the noodles in the sauce until coated.

  6. Serve. Slice the chicken. Divide the noodles and chicken among four bowls, then spoon any sauce left in the skillet over the top. Add sesame seeds, green onion and chile if you like.

They come fully cooked and already seasoned with garlic, sea salt and spice, so steps 1 and 3 go away, along with the marinade. Thaw them in the fridge overnight. Heat them in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until they reach 165°F. Toss them with the noodles in step 5 and skip the slicing in step 6.
