Shipping policy

We ship fully cooked, frozen proteins, so every order travels cold. Please read how that works before you order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses. We hope to add Alaska and Hawaii in the future based on demand and our ability to keep the product safe in transit.

Shipping cost

A flat rate of $14.97 applies to every order in the lower 48 states.

When we ship

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so your box never sits in transit over a weekend. Orders placed later in the week ship on the next Monday or Tuesday. We will email you tracking when your box leaves our facility. You'll receive your package within 1 to 3 days of shipping.

How it ships

Your order is packed frozen in an insulated box. We use a combination of dry ice and gel packs, depending on location. Because the product travels frozen with coolant, it may arrive cold but not frozen solid. This is normal and safe. As long as the product is still cold to the touch on arrival, it is good. Move it to your refrigerator or freezer right away.

Handling dry ice

If your box contains dry ice, do not touch it with bare hands. Let any leftover dry ice evaporate in a well-ventilated area, never in a sealed container, and keep it away from children and pets.

Delivery and your responsibility

Please make sure someone can bring the box inside promptly, and that your shipping address is correct and able to receive perishable deliveries. We are not responsible for product that spoils because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or a box left outside after a successful delivery. See our Refund Policy for what we cover.
