Welcome to portsideproteins.com, operated by Portside Proteins LLC ("Portside," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products and availability. We sell fully cooked, frozen food products. We may change or discontinue products, and we may limit quantities, at any time.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen, and we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including shipping and tax.

4. Subscriptions. Recurring orders are governed by our Cancellation Policy, including automatic billing and how to cancel.

5. Shipping and risk of loss. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide.

6. Returns. Because our products are perishable, sales are final and we do not accept returns. We will address problems as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property. All site content, including our brand names, logos, text, and images for Portside Proteins, The Stuffed Burrito Company, Zhoug, and our other brands, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

9. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always handle, store, and cook food according to the instructions and safe-handling guidance provided. 

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portside is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. 

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Portside against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Dispute resolution. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Portside waive the right to participate in a class action. 

14. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
